Nora Commercial "Distributor Partnership" is designed to address some of the inequities inherent in a typical franchise situation.

Nora Commercial Inc. invests in each Partnership on an equal basis with the Distributor Partner, thus each party shares risk equally. In a Typical Franchise situation the Franchisee must finance the store on his or her own, is fully liable for all risk ,and is responsible for all additional financing.

Typical Franchise companies normally levy a 4% to 7% royalty based on sales, even if a franchisee is not profitable, he or she is still obligated to pay this fee. At Nora Commercial Inc., we recognize the inequity of this situation therefore do not charge any royalty fee.

As "Partners in Profit" we are vitally concerned that each store is financially viable. Rather than levy a royalty fee we share profits equally. At Nora Commercial Inc., our objective is to maximize profits through cooperation and commitment. We succeed together.
